Jacob Paul Maki

Jacob Paul Maki age 9 passed away October 24, 2018.   He was born in Burlington, WI on March 13, 2009-Friday the 13th(ch ch ch ah ah ah) The son of John and Samantha (Southworth) Maki, big brother to Ava and Grayson, grandson to Sandy Watkins and Brenda Muhr, boyfriend of Natalie Borowski and Christina Barber(oops, hope they didnt see that!)   

Loved ones worth noting- his uncle Justin, auntie Steffy, his best buddy Pat, his mexican friend Jorge, the beautiful twins Abbie and Aimee, the amazing little Kayla, Batman, Nightwing,The Hulk, Cousins Shyann, Shane and Shanelle,his very first friend Cayden.

*Randall Consolidated K-12, entire staff and student body. He adored his classmates and teachers. We will be forever thankful.  

A Celebration of his life will take place at 7:00PM on Wednesday October 31, 2018 at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home 620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI.   The family will receive friends from 3:00PM until the time of services at the funeral home.

Jacob loved nothing more in this world than his friends and family. He was taken from us far too early, but the imprint he left on our hearts will forever remind us what is means to love unconditionally, in sickness and in health. Jacob will forever live in our hearts and minds.
