John S. Carmody Jr. age 41 of Twin Lakes, WI. Died August 25, 2017. He was born on July 13, 1976 in Chicago, IL. The son of Donna M. Lakomiak and John S. Carmody Sr. John’s greatest happiness came with the birth of his daughter Hana. She was the love of his life and enjoyed being in the garden and spending time outdoors with her. During his life he enjoyed Snowboarding, Kayaking, Fishing and Baseball. John was a past member of the Chicago Board of Trade and COM and Midam Member. He enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks. He was the owner of Underground Silk Screening
John is survived by his Mother Donna Lakomiak (Bud “Chuck” Waspi). His Father John Carmody Sr. (Aidan O’Connor). His Daughter Leila Hana Johnson-Carmody. Sister Stacey (Justin) Merritt. Companion Katie Johnson. John was a loving uncle to Reilly, Delaney, Emma Grace and Hope. Further survived by his Godfather: Tom Carmody. Godmother Mary Alice Brice. Aunts: Linda Hubbard, Janice Carmody and Catherine (Donald) Deross. Uncle David Lakomiak.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday August 30, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM until the time of services. The family has asked that memorials be made to Hana Johnson-Carmody C/O US Bank or GoFundme(John Carmody Memorial-Hana).
