John S. Nason, 84 of Elkhorn, WI, died Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg, WI. He was born December 1, 1936 in Sacramento, CA, the son of the late Bennett and Odette (Pedeupe) Nason. John served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was united in marriage to Sara Barclay on September 29, 1972 in Kirkland, WA. John was the Vice President for Leviton Manufacturing in White Plains, NY for over 25 years, retiring in 2004. He was a member of Lauderdale Lakes Fish Committee, Lauderdale Lakes Home Improvement Association, Delavan Gun Club and Walworth Inn Social Club. John was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
John is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Sara, and three children; Bennett (Bridget) Nason of Eagan, MN, Chad Nason of Spokane, WA and Cerise Groce of Moscow, ID, five grandchildren, and brother, Dan (Linda) Mattos of Post Falls, ID. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Michael and Scott Nason.
Private Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory with Fr. Oriol Regales officiating. Interment with Military Honors will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn, WI.
