Kenneth A. Knaus, age 65 of Paddock Lake, WI died September 13th, 2020 at his home. He was born in Chicago, IL on January 25th, 1955. Ken is the son of the late Eugene and Eileen (Sweeney) Knaus. On July 27th, 1985 he was united in marriage to Karen Anderson. Ken worked for 30 years for the Lake County, IL Sheriff’s Department as a Sheriff’s Deputy. He served in the United States Army as an MP in the Big Red 1, 1st Infantry Division; which he was very proud of. During his life he enjoyed doing woodworking, and building bird houses, fishing with his son, love of history, overly fond about Star Wars, and playing pranks on the kids. He had a big heart for the children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Ken is survived by his wife Karen. Father of Annalise Grubbs, Lauren Crow (Eugene Weiker) and Kenneth G. Knaus. Grandfather of Gregory, Zac and Harley. Great Grandfather of Harper and Evalynn. Brother of Robert (Betty) Knaus. Further survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters Nancy Knaus, Mary Ellen Johnson, Pattie Knaus and brother Eugene Knaus.
