Nancy P. (Lamont) Spaulding

Nancy P. Spaulding, 77 of Lauderdale Lakes, died Monday April 9, 2018 at Life Care Hospital Pewaukee, WI.  She was born on a dairy farm on October 26, 1940 in Ancramdale, NY the daughter of the late Charles J. and Florence (Malone) Lamont. She was united in marriage to Peter Spaulding on September 11, 1965 in Glens Falls, NY.  Nancy graduated nursing school from Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked at St. Louis Park Medical Center in Minnesota.  Later, Nancy was an administrative assistant at AmeriTech in Hoffmann Estates, retiring in 1995.  She was a member of Millard Community Covenant Church in Elkhorn. Nancy enjoyed being part of Lauderdale Lakes Yacht Club and Lauderdale Lake La La’s.  She served on the Elkhorn Food Pantry Board, Millard Church Committees and Barrington Art Council. Nancy volunteered at various children’s hospitals and church.  She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and boating.

Nancy was a loving and devoted wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother, who will be deeply missed by her husband of 52 years, Peter, four children: Sherie (Keith) Trafton of Delafield, WI, Deborah (John) Dixon of Villanova, PA, Sandra (Glen) Santangelo of Ridgewood, NJ and Bill (Bridget) Spaulding of Mequon, WI, thirteen grandchildren; Audrey, Kate and Grant Schleich, Jane, Jill and Paul Dixon, Alex, Nick, Samantha and Maddy Santangelo, and Jake, Riley and McKenna Spaulding; five siblings: Charles (MaryAnn) Lamont of Hillsdale, NY, Robert (JoAnne) Lamont of Pine Plains, NY, Betty (Emil) Weingardner of Rhinebeck, NY, Debbie (Russell) Demchuck of Pine Plains, NY and Kenny (Denise) Lamont of Ancram, NY.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be 11:00AM on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Millard Community Covenant Church, N6713 County Rd. O, Elkhorn, WI, with Rev. Lyle Heinitz officiating. Visitation will be 9:30AM until service time Saturday at church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Nancy’s name to Agape House, P.O.
