Peter G. Zarnstorff was born to Jerry and Elaine (Koldeway) Zarnstorff September 1958. He graduated Central High School in 1976, and lived most of his life in Lake Geneva, WI. Pete passed away at the age of 63 on November 29th, surrounded by his brother and children.
He owned his own carpet installation business and spent several years driving a tow truck and salvaging. His hobbies included going to car shows and salvage yards, or taking his grandkids to mineral rock shows, and the occasional rummage sale. He stayed connected with life-long friends, meeting up with the breakfast crew, or grabbing lunch with a friend.
Pete was a kind, giving, and compassionate man who always had time to chat on the phone or help a friend at a moment's notice, whatever the task and in doing so touched the lives of many people. Pete loved being with his kids and grandkids taking them wherever they needed to go whether it was a doctors appointment or a special event. Pete created joyful memories with his family taking them on vacations, drives up north to the cottage, shining for deer, and snowmobiling. He was happy sharing his interest in cars, tractors, hunting and fishing too. Pete enjoyed just staying in for movie nights with the grandkids and he always made sure they never ran out of ice cream.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his four children: Heather, Michael (Tina), Jacob, and Jessica (Gustavo); grandchildren: Anthony, Yasmine, Willie, Charlie, Nevaeh, Giovanni, and Oliver; and siblings: Paul and Jackie.
