Phyllis M (Machak) Gordy

Phyllis M Gordy age 92 of Eagle, WI. died July 27, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Waukegan, IL on January 22, 1929.  The daughter of the late Aloysius and Anna (Zuber) Machak.  On July 3, 1948 in North Chicago, IL she was united in marriage to Walter Gordy who preceded her in death on May 21, 2017.  She attended St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Whitewater, WI. 

During her life she enjoyed reading and collecting coins and stamps.   She loved spending time with her husband at the family farm in Yuba, WI.  Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her family.   

Survived by her son Michael (Linda) Gordy of Eagle, WI.  Grandchildren Miranda (Adam) Dethier and Matthew (Kristen) Gordy.   Further survived by her Brothers Edward Machak and Anthony (Beverly) Machak and Sister Genevieve Butler.   She was preceded in death by Brothers Al (Bernice) Machak, Bernard (Patricia) Machak, Sister Francis Machak and sister in law Patricia (nee Gallegos) Machak. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday July 31, 2021 at 10:00AM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home 620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI.   Burial will follow at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.   Visitation will be held on Saturday July 31, 2021 from 9:00AM until time of services at the funeral home.  Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.  The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home of Twin Lakes, WI. is assisting the family.
