Robert N. Benson, 85, of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away on Saturday, November 11th, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 21th, 1938, in Aurora, IL, the son of the late Norman and Mary Rose (Kramford) Benson. Robert was united to his wife Janet, on April 26th, 1984. Robert was known for his sense of humor, and the positivity he held out on life. Robert loved his family, and friends deeply, he also had a love for crossword puzzles, and different card games, and could also be found relaxing watching his game shows, as well as listening to Willy Nelson. Robert cherished his friendship with Bill W.
Robert is survived by his daughters: Stephanie Daniels, Valerie (Stuart) Meier, and step son Kevin Jensen, sister Jackie Breitfuss, 5 grandchildren: Tim (Kelly) Meier, Michael (Mary) Meier, Robert (Lauren) Meier, Kadie (Amber Cho) Annice, and Nichole Daniels, and 4 great grandchildren: Addie, Kenzie, Callen, and Chloe. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Kelly Thomas, grandson Matthew Thomas, and late wife Janet Benson.
