Rosalia Mary Lois

Rosalia Mary Lois, 92 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center. She was born September 19, 1931, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the late Henry and Rosalia (Umant) Schilz. Rosalia was united in marriage to Marvin J. Lois Sr. on January 27, 1951 in Delavan, WI.  She was an active member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.  Rosalia was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, cooking, and baking for her family and friends. She loved spending her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Rosalia had a deep love for horses and spent most of her life taking care of them. 

Rosalia is survived by her two children, Cynthia Smith, and Jeffrey (Kim) Lois, five grandchildren: William (Amber) Smith, Nicholas (Linsey) Smith, Matthew (Hayley) Lois, Angela (Rick) Dugan, and  Andrew Renner, and five great-grandchildren: Michael, Scarlett, Jamison, August, and Willow. She was preceded in death by parents, beloved husband of 60 years, Marvin Lois Sr. and daughter, Tamara Lois. 

Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30AM on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes, 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00AM on Monday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 107 W. Walworth St. Elkhorn, WI with Father Oriol officiating.  Interment will follow services at Mt. Olivet in Elkhorn, WI.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Lois Family.  Online guest book at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.  Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory completed arrangements for the Lois Family.
