Thomas DeMarco Obituary

Thomas Arthur DeMarco, age 74, of Genoa City, WI, died at home on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Son of the late Ernest and Shirley (Helboch) DeMarco, Thomas was born on April 23, 1947, in Chicago, IL. He proudly served in the United States Army. During his life, he drove truck as an owner/operator. Thomas took great pride in his truck, and also enjoyed hot rods, working on cars, and getting his hands greasy. He loved dogs and fishing, and his favorite place to be was Up North in Hayward, WI. Thomas could be a silly guy, was known for his contagious laughter, and for cracking jokes and making fun of those he loved most. Thomas smiled the most when he was with his best friend and granddaughter, Riley, and being Papa was one of the greatest loves of his life.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Kasie Daley; grandchildren, Bradley, Skylar, and Riley; sisters Cindy (Dominick) Fiduccia and Carol (Butch) Solheim; and many nieces and nephews that loved him greatly. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Shirley.

In keeping with Thomas’s wishes, no services will be held. Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Genoa City, WI is assisting the family.
