Our Deepest Condolences to each of you ~ Brian, Beth, Shannon, Paula, Ed and your families. Keeping each of you in our thoughts & prayers during these difficult times and days ahead. Your Mom touched oh so many lives and we will cherish each of the beautiful memories we hold so dear. Memories to cherish from the first time we met back in the late sixties at the hospital, and her involvement with a "surprise" bridal shower for me. Our steak knives we still use today, will forever be a keepsake and memory of a very special lady ~

To Kathy's family: We are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I was so happy I was able to visit with her when we were in Elkhorn last August. Even though she was in a lot of pain she welcomed me in her home and we reminisced about the old days. She loved her family so much and was a great mother and friend. She is at peace!
Our condolences to all of you. Keeping you in our prayers.

Knitting...another of Aunt Kathy's many hobbies. I will forever be grateful for the beautiful baby blanket she made for my daughter. It instantly became Anya's favorite, was named "Blankie" and spent the last 8 years being dearly loved. I'm one of many nieces and nephews and feel I can speak for us all in saying that Aunt Kathy had a huge heart. We all felt her love when we saw her, even though visits got more infrequent as the years went by and our lives got busy. So much love out of such a little body! I will truly miss her. To my family - love and good memories to you all!
...Carrie

To Kathy's wonderful family. We send our deepest sympathy and love to all of you. What a loss to the world to have your mother and grandmother leave it. I worked with her in many different capacities at Lakeland starting when Eddie was a baby. She brought joy to many lives including ours. I have a beautiful bookmark she gave me one Christmas - a flower she had drawn and I use it all the time so I thinik of her often. I rejoice for her to be out of her pain at last but we will all miss her. Love, hugs and prayers, Karla

I considered Kathy a friend as well as a co-worker for many years and missed her her.when she retired. I'm very sorry to hear of her passing and am thinking of how fondly she spoke of all of her family. She was well-loved and loved well. I was honored to know her.
