Keep thinking of Cindy doing her best to beat her foe for so long.

The Impossible Dream (Man of LaMancha) One of my favorites.

To dream the impossible dream
To fight the unbeatable foe
To bear with unbearable sorrow
To run where the brave dare not go

To right the unrightable wrong
To love pure and chaste from afar
To try when your arms are too weary
To reach the unreachable star

This is my quest
To follow that star
No matter how hopeless
No matter how far

To fight for the right
Without question or pause
To be willing to march into Hell
For a heavenly cause

And I know if I'll only be true
To this glorious quest
That my heart will lie peaceful and calm
When I'm laid to my rest

And the world will be better for this
That one man, scorned and covered with scars
Still strove with his last ounce of courage
To reach the unreachable star

One of the kindest caring friends I had the opportunity to know. I loved being in her company and her smile and laugh were the best ever. You taught everyone what having a good positive attitude every day of your life means. I know you will be missed tremendously by so many but I also know you had a direct route to heaven and you are enjoying your beautiful home with the Lord. Love, Ed and Terry

I knew Cindy from Bible study ,I had not known her very long but she left a lasting impression on me .You see Cindy drove me home one night after Bible study ,we live in the same town, I was having issues with 2 of my grandsons, I chatted all the way home feeling very sad . Cindy hung on every word I said, she said she would keep me in her prayers, not once did she tell me of her sorrow from loseing a son , or her health, of all the souls I have encountered hers is the most Beautiful. I wrote that in the memory book at her party , I will hold her gracefulness until the end of time.

My dear friend I will miss you always. I will continue to support your family and love them with everything in me. I know how their hearts are broken but I also know you served a mighty God who will continue to love them in your absence. You did fight a good fight with courage that came from beyond. You were my cheerleader and my hero. Thank You. You said you are anxious to kiss the feet of Jesus and see your loved ones. I know there is a party going on in heaven. Lord, Please be with those who are mourning my dearest friend. I love you LuCinda P. Always, Janet B.

Dear Dawn and family, I am so very sorry for the passing of your dear Mother. I remember what a special place she holds in your heart. I also remember hearing the many stories of how strong and courageous she was as she faced her cancer. Know that many are keeping you in thought and prayer. Eve

Thoughts and prayers to Cindy's children and grandchildren during this most difficult time. Cindy loved everyone and everyone loved Cindy. It's as simple as that. Thanks for welcoming a girl from North Chicago who soon became your sister-in-law into your beautiful family so many years ago. Rest in peace dear friend.....

She fought a gutsy battle. When she chose to embark on her final path, she did so with courage, openness, wisdom, humor, and concern for others. She is and will be missed. Godspeed Summer Girl to your heavenly home. God bless all in your grief and loss.

So very sorry for your loss. Cindy will truly be missed. I hope the memories will help all of her family through this difficult time. I have never met another woman like Cindy always so positive, giving, caring and loving those in her life even when she had so much going on in her life for so many years. May she RIP.

My sympathies to the family of Cindy. She was a second cousin to me and I hadn't seen her in many years. From what I remember of she was full of life, kind, welcoming, witty and loving. It's too bad someone so wonderful had to go through what she did. Me being a recent cancer survivor I wish she could have beaten this horrible disease too. RIP, Cindy. No more suffering.

The world has lost one of the kindest souls I have ever known. She was accepting of everyone and welcomed them in as family. I will miss her. May God Bless Her and welcome her to Heaven. May she rest in peace with Ken and Doug. Until we meet again.
