Jan - you have my deepest sympathy in your Mother's loss. You two shared so much over the years so I imagine her illness has changed many things for you. I cared for my Mom for ten years with Alzheimers. I know the struggle of losing a Mother. I admired Phyllis very much. God speed during this transition.

So sorry for your loss Jan and family. I truly enjoyed working with your mother and getting to know her better. She was an amazing woman. You both made such a difference in so many lives through 4-H and your enthusiasm for life. May your wonderful memories bring you comfort! God bless!

Jan and family and close friends:
Your mother was one of the many wonderful people I had gotten to know over the years. First meeting her thru 4-H and then being one of many students driving her nuts in the SSRC at DDHS. She always made us strive to be better students and better human beings, helping us with life lessons as well as being a shoulder to cry on and a sounding board when needed. They don't make people like "Curly" anymore. Our world would be a better place with more like her and I am glad I got to know her. God's blessings for you and your family.

It is with great fondness that I remember the fun that was shared back in the days with my children belonging to the "4-H Reach Out" and the drama events with your mother Phyllis, you Jan, Jean Morrissey, and of course Mary Morrissey. Imagine the orchestrations they are creating in heaven. May these wonderfully creative people rest in peace.
