My deepest sympathy to you, Linn, my dear friend, and your family. Tom was a great guy. He had a wonderful sense of humor which made me laugh many times. I know you are hurting now, but all your happy memories and the knowledge that he is with the Lord will help you through this difficult time. Family and friends will help, too. I will always be there for you. God bless you and your family.

We are deeply sorry for your loss. Your family has been like family to us and our hearts are heavy with sorrow. May the memories of his love for his family and infectious laugh bring peace to your hearts and a smile to your face. He will forever be missed by those who loved him. Heaven gained an angel and I know he's up there enjoying every Brewer game now. Wearing his Brewers jersey and his dedication to the team are memories we will look back and smile upon. You and your family are in our prayers as we send you thoughts of peace, courage and comfort during this time. We love you with all our hearts.

My prayers for your family in this time of loss. I want to share a poem that helped me through a loss a few years back.

As I sit in heaven
And watch you everyday
I try to let you know with signs
I never went away
I hear you when your laughing
And watch you as you sleep
I even place my arms around you
To calm you as you weep
I see you wish the days away
Begging to have me home
So I try to send you signs
So you know you are not alone
Don't feel guilty that you have
Life that was denied to me
Heaven is truly beautiful
Just you wait and see
So live your life, laugh again
Enjoy yourself, be free
Then I know with every breath you take
You'll be taking one for me.

I found peace in these words and wish the same for you. You have a very special guardian angel that will always be watching over you and your family.

My heart is heavy for you and your family Linn. Tom is free of pain and suffering and I know in a good place. Unfortunately those left behind hurt beyond belief. I hope that your loving memories will bring lots of sunshine into your lives. You and your family are in our prayers always my dear cousin.
