Sorry to hear about your moms Passing and long hard struggle with cancer. Not being at Lakeland anymore, I missed her passing. She was a very special lady and is missed by all. When I first meet Alyce she had an allergy to fruits. I will never forget the day I first saw her able to pick up and apple and eat it. She looked so happy. Many fond memories from Lakeland lunchroom and the plant sale at school fest. I sure she is now helping the good lord with his gardening.

There are a few Angels amongst us here on earth and Aly truly was one of those special beautiful people. She lit up the garden and I so loved her little cherry tomatoes that she always saved for me. She will be greatly missed! Wrapping you in Sympathy and Love

Our thoughts are with the Smith family during this time of sadness.

We spend our summer's at Lauderdale Shores and have been enjoying fresh produce from the Cedar Barn for many years.

What a sweet, sweet Lady. Always a joy to talk to and such an inspiration. When I would pull into Cedar Bend for the wonderful produce, my first glance was to see if Alyce was there. We could always find something to chat about. I am so thankful to have known her for so many years.

My deepest condolences to the Family. Mary Van Kampen (neighbor)
